SnapPick is a Chrome browser extension that provides smart element screenshot functionality. The Service allows users to: • Capture full-length screenshots of scrollable web page elements • Edit and annotate screenshots • Export images in various formats The Service is provided "as is" and may be updated, modified, or discontinued at any time.

To access the full features of SnapPick, you must sign in with a Google account. By registering, you agree to: • Provide accurate and complete information • Maintain the security of your account credentials • Be responsible for all activities under your account • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

One-Time Purchase Model SnapPick Pro is available as a one-time purchase that provides lifetime access to premium features. Payment Processing All payments are processed securely through Creem. We do not store your credit card information. Pricing Prices are displayed in USD and may be subject to applicable taxes. We reserve the right to change prices with 30 days notice. License Upon purchase, you receive a personal, non-transferable license to use SnapPick Pro on your devices.

Our Rights SnapPick, including all code, design, trademarks, and content, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. Your use of the Service does not grant you any ownership rights. Your Content Screenshots you create remain your responsibility. The copyright of captured content belongs to the original content owners. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to capture and use such content. Feedback Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide may be used by us without obligation or compensation.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. We do not warrant that: • The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free • The Service will meet all your requirements • Screenshot results will be 100% accurate • The Service will be compatible with all websites Use of the Service is at your own risk.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO: • Loss of profits or revenue • Loss of data • Business interruption • Loss of goodwill Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Kepeng Jiang from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from: • Your use of the Service • Your violation of these Terms • Your violation of any third-party rights • Content you capture using the Service

By You You may stop using the Service at any time by uninstalling the Extension. By Us We may suspend or terminate your access if you: • Violate these Terms • Engage in fraudulent activity • Abuse the Service Upon termination, your license to use the Service ends immediately.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved through friendly negotiation first. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to the courts of competent jurisdiction.
